Acceptable Use Policy
Version 1.0 · Last updated: June 4, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may not do when using Odaq, operated by Digital Peax OÜ. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Use, and applies to everyone who uses the Service, including your authorised users. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Use.
You are responsible for your use of the Service, for the content you submit, and for the content you generate and publish using our agents. You must use the Service lawfully and must not use it to do, or help anyone else do, any of the following.
1. Illegal & Harmful Content
- Generate, store, or distribute content that is illegal under applicable law, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content that sexually exploits minors, or content promoting terrorism or violent extremism.
- Produce or distribute hate speech or content that incites violence or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics, where prohibited by applicable law.
- Engage in defamation, harassment, bullying, threats, or stalking of any individual.
- Create content that exploits, endangers, or is otherwise harmful to children.
2. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
- Infringe the intellectual-property rights of others, including using Canvas or Scribe to clone, imitate, or reproduce trademarked or copyrighted material without authorisation.
- Misappropriate or pass off another party's brand, persona, or likeness.
- Submit or disclose confidential information, trade secrets, or personal data that you do not have a lawful basis or authorisation to share with us.
3. Security & Platform Integrity
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or any malicious code; conduct phishing; or send spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system, or bypass or circumvent any security or authentication control.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including denial-of-service activity or overloading infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, or attempt to extract its source code, models, or prompts, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Use Outputs to train, fine-tune, or develop a competing AI model or service, or to build a product that competes with Odaq.
4. Fair Use & Account Conduct
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data at a scale beyond reasonable use of the Service, or in a way that bypasses rate limits, access controls, or a site's
robots.txtdirectives via our crawler. - Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials, or resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written authorisation.
- Use the Service to violate the terms of any third-party platform you connect (for example Google or Meta API terms).
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or evade usage limits, suspensions, or bans (including by creating new accounts).
5. AI-Specific Prohibited Uses
- Create deceptive deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive — including impersonating real people or fabricating events — in a harmful or unlawful manner.
- Deploy AI-generated content in a way that misrepresents AI interactions as human, or fails to disclose that content is AI-generated, where transparency is required under Article 50 of the EU AI Act or other applicable law.
- Use the Service to generate disinformation, manipulate public opinion, or facilitate fraud or social-engineering.
- Rely on Outputs as the sole basis for decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without meaningful human review (see the AI-output disclaimer in our Terms of Use).
6. Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, or of content that may be illegal or harmful, please report it to info@odaq.ai so we can investigate.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action that is proportionate to the severity and circumstances. Our typical escalation is:
- Warning — notice of the violation and a request to remediate, where appropriate.
- Suspension — temporary suspension of the affected feature or account if the issue is not resolved or recurs.
- Termination — termination of the account for serious or repeated violations, in line with the Terms of Use.
Emergency action. For severe abuse — such as CSAM, an active security threat, illegal content, or activity causing ongoing harm to others or to the Service — we may suspend or terminate access immediately and without prior notice, and we will report unlawful content to the relevant authorities where required by law. We may preserve and disclose information where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Odaq, our users, or the public.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP to address new risks or legal requirements. For material changes we will provide notice in line with the change-notification process in our Terms of Use. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
